So I admit I haven`t been keeping up with the art work because I have been busy with my web design studies this semester. But now that it`s finished (and with a result that I am happy with!!) I will go back to my art works. I recently did this piece called "Touch Turns To Gold" that I hope you will like. I am experimenting with different styles at the moment. Being that I am self-taught, I feel like I can do whatever I want to do. My old style was a bit different I will admit and you can possibly tell from my website http://www.elizabethdallee.net/ as well. I was heavily sedated on Seroquel (bipolar med) and I would wake up around 15 and then turn to my artistic work and would stay up most of the night smoking heavily while painting very detail-oriented and maybe go to sleep at about 5 in the night. A very unhealthy lifestyle! Now that I am on non-sedative meds I paint during the day and get up early in the morning and go to sleep at about 23, and with the help of God I quit smoking over a year ago! Now I finally understand what they have been talking about all the time! You can turn your life around! It is worth the try folks! If you keep on living that bipolar lifestyle with out of control spending, unhealthy sleeping habits and self-medication with drugs and alcohol you will end up getting nothing done (that really matters). Go to your therapist, demand meds change and get off the sedating stuff and get the experience of having an entire day to do things! My experience is that Zeldox and Risperdal (in low doses) are non-sedating while Zyprexa, Seroquel and Seroquel depot are very sedating. Anyways, this was my rant for the day. I have been up since 7 (amazing!) and will now go back to my art work! Love you all!
